To visit Pierpont and the Ventura Keys areas, exit Highway 101 at Seaward Avenue, turn towards the ocean and drive to Pierpont Boulevard. Each street off of Pierpont Boulevard (“The Lanes”) leads to the beach and is lined with beach homes and beach cottages.
On-the-sand Pierpont beach homes rarely come to market. When they do, you can expect to see listing prices of $3,000,000 or more.
Pierpont beach homes and Pierpont beach cottages average in price from $650,000 to $2,000,000.
Pierpont and Ventura Key area townhomes sell from $350,000 to $600,000.
Directly behind the Pierpont neighborhood are the Ventura Keys where most of the water front homes have their own private boat dock. These homes range in price from $1,500,000 to $3,000,000,
On the other side of the Ventura Keys is a large senior citizen mobile home park with home values ranging from $295,000 to $450,000.
All of the Pierpont and Ventura Keys beach neighborhoods in this area are within walking distance to the Ventura beach and other area attractions. Spectacular beaches and the Ventura Harbor are just two of these attractions. By boat or air you can visit Channel Islands National Park.
Ventura Harbor is a key attraction for the city of Ventura. The harbor and the beach communities that border it are the gateway to the Channel Island National Park. Only 70 miles north of Los Angeles, this is a great area to own a primary residence or a second home that can be your beautiful beach vacation getaway.
