There are three Ventura County Beach Mobile Home Parks to select from. Two of the parks are seniors only (55 and older).
The two senior parks are Hollywood Beach Mobile Home Park just off Channel Island blvd. and the Marina Mobile Home Park in Ventura located at 1215-78 Anchors Way.
The Oxnard mobile home park is located on 5th street just off Channel Island Blvd. It is a family park where lot rents run $550 to $600.00 on the average for full time residence. This park discourages part time residence by charging higher lot rents. This mobile home park is the closest to the beach where some homes actually have an ocean view.
All three of the mobile home parks have pet restrictions as to the number of pets, the care of and the size of pets.
A mobile home is a great way to get into a beach area for under $500,000.00 and have a nice home in a community close to the beach.
Each one of the mobile home parks has a club house and other recreational facilities such as pools and exercise rooms.
